Head of New Business

Geoff Corcoran has worked in co-operative housing since 2007 and, as Head of New Business, is responsible for the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy and the national growth of the co-operative housing movement.

Geoff is a Certified Project Manager, has an honours degree in European Social Policy (Health and Welfare) from Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge, and has recently completed a Master’s in Business Studies in Co-operative and Social Enterprise with University College Cork.

Padraic Clancy is Development Manager for the Leinster region outside of Dublin.  Padraic has over 20 years in Property Acquisition and holding a Honours Degree in Surveying and a National Diploma in Estate Management. Padraic has managed properties on behalf of NAMA, all major Banks and receivers and is a specialist in voids management and security.

Border Midlands and West

Alan Cunniffe MRUP, Prof. Dip. Project Mgmt., MIPI, joined Co-operative Housing Ireland in 2016.  Alan is our Regional Development Manager for the Border, Midlands and Western region. A Chartered Town Planner with over 13 years’ experience working for local authorities in conjunction with regional bodies, state agencies and the private sector. Alan has significant experience writing planning policy and assessing large scale residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects. He holds a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning from UCD and a Professional Diploma in Project Management from the IPA. Alan is an active member of the Irish Planning Institute, sitting on the Public Sector Committee.
