Housing Officer (full-time, one-year fixed term) Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join our housing management team serving co-operative housing members.

Based in Dublin, the successful applicant will have the skills and capacity to assist in the delivery of quality housing management, administration, caretaking, repairs and maintenance services for designated estates.

Reporting to the Housing Services Manager and working with co-operative members the role necessitates excellent communication, IT, interpersonal and organisational skills and a full driving licence and use of a car.

Marketing Officer (Full-Time) Dublin Based  Ref: 1801

Based in the Dublin, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a marketing and communications strategy for both internal and external communications along with promoting the CHI brand.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services and working closely with the Policy and Communications Manager the role necessitates excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups. A third level qualification in Marketing or a relevant discipline and 2-3 years experience in a similar environment is essential.

Development Officers x 2 Border, Midlands & West Region (Ref 1802) and Munster Region (Ref:1803)

Reporting to the relevant Regional Development Manager the ideal candidates will be responsible for expanding the Co-operative Housing model in the above regions. He / She will have proven experience and knowledge in either planning, property or residential development and a working knowledge of social / private housing and construction finance options.  A relevant third level degree in planning, property construction or residential development is essential along with a full clean driving licence and access to own car.

Project Manager (Ref: 1804)

This role will report to the Senior Project Manager and will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of construction and refurbishment projects within Co-operative Housing Ireland from inception to completion. Although based in Dublin this role will have a national remit.

Co-operative Housing Ireland regularly seeks applications from suitably qualified contractors and service providers for inclusion in our Approved Contractors List. 

Service providers are sought in the areas of plumbing, electrical, maintenance, general repairs, landscaping, security, cleaning, locksmiths, roofing, painting, lift maintenance, waste management and small building works.
