JOB OPPORTUNITIES 

Buildings Officer Dublin REF: BL 01

This role reports to the Assets and Repairs Manager and will have responsibility for regular inspection of Co-operative Housing Ireland’s housing estates and communal facilities.  Dealing with repairs and maintenance requirements and regular testing of fire alarms systess is also a feature of this positions.

The successful candidate will be multi-skilled, with a proven track record in general building & maintenance. A full clean drivers licence and access to a car is a requirement. This role is based in Dublin and will require travel within the Dublin region.

Co-operative Housing Ireland regularly seeks applications from suitably qualified contractors and service providers for inclusion in our Approved Contractors List. 

Service providers are sought in the areas of plumbing, electrical, maintenance, general repairs, landscaping, security, cleaning, locksmiths, roofing, painting, lift maintenance, waste management and small building works.
