Community Fund 2026
Co-operative Housing Ireland is pleased to announce the launch of the Community Fund 2026. This year, the fund has been expanded to include Member Tenants in communities without a Member Association, and smaller estates where establishing one wouldn't be practical. More communities can now access funding and support local initiatives.

How to apply
What does the fund support?
The Community Fund provides financial support for community events, local projects and initiatives, activities that bring neighbours together, and the running costs of established Member Associations. The Community Fund Guidelines are available to download.
