Halliday Mills is an apartment complex of 85 BER A3 rated one, two and three-bed apartments delivered by CHI in Dundalk through partnership with Louth County Council, with support from the Housing Agency, the Housing Finance agency and the Department of Housing, in response to need in the area. The complex has been totally refurbished with additions of insulation, new windows and doors, and air-to-water heat pumps, among other features. It has an ideal location as it is situated on the coast, only a five minute drive to Dundalk town centre.
One, two, three bed apartments
Loughlion Green is an estate of 80 one, two, three and four-bed A-rated homes delivered by CHI on the Monasterevin Road in Kildare Town. The estate is within walking distance of the town centre and local shops and amenities. Loughlion Green was built in response to the housing need in Kildare town and is one of several schemes delivered by CHI throughout Kildare County. Loughlion Green was made possible through CHI’s partnership with Kildare County Council, Bank of Ireland, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, and Kelby Developments to provide much needed, high-quality A-rated homes.
Two, three and four-bed homes
Gleann Cora is an estate of 31 homes provided by CHI in Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare. The scheme has received support from Clare County Council and contains a mixture of A3-rated three bed detached and semi-detached homes. Newmarket-on-Fergus is a desirable and high-demand town due to its proximity to the M18, Limerick City, Shannon and Ennis. Gleann Cora itself is located within walking distance of the town centre, church and local GAA club.

Inbhear na Sionna is an estate of 47 two storey houses and apartments delivered by CHI in partnership with Clare County Council in response to the housing need in the area. Located off the N19 road, the homes comprise a mix of one, two, three and four-bed units. Each home has a BER rating of A3. Inbhear na Sionna was one of last remaining undeveloped residential sites in Shannon Town. It has an ideal location, close to St. Caimin’s Community School, Wolf Tone GAA Club and St Senan’s Rugby Club.
