Co-operative Housing Ireland were pleased to receive coverage of the launch of Baunacloka Heights, Mungret, Limerick on RTÉ’s One O’Clock news by reporter Pat McGrath on 28th March 2022.

Mr. McGrathspoke to CHI Member Sandra Kearney who moved into her new home in Baunacloka Heights with her partner and three children. She spoke quality of the homes inthe estate and having more space for her family.

Speaking to RTÉ, Kieron Brennan, CEO of Co-operative Housing Ireland said “Over the next 18 months we hope to add a further 300 units in Limerick, which is a massive contribution, to housing need in Limerick. It’ll help a lot of people move off the waiting list in Limerick City and County.”
