Community Fund 2026

Co-operative Housing Ireland is pleased to announce the launch of the Community Fund 2026.

This year, the Community Fund has been expanded to include Member Tenants living in communities where there is no Member Association in place, as well as smaller estates where establishing a Member Association would not be practical. This means more communities can now access funding and support local initiatives.

What does the Community Fund support?

The Community Fund provides financial support for community events, local projects and initiatives, activities that bring neighbours together, and the running costs of established Member Associations. Grants of €250 to €2,500 are available.

When do applications open?

Applications open on Monday, 23 February 2026. The Community Fund Guidelines are available here.

Members can apply by completing the online application form.
