For many, having access to a secure home locally provides stability and the opportunity to build a future in a place they already know and are connected to.

High-quality, energy-efficient and inclusive homes

The development comprises 25 new homes delivered across two phases at Arden Road, forming part of a wider residential development in Tullamore.

All homes are A2-rated, supporting energy efficiency and helping to reduce household costs for residents.

Importantly, the development includes 10 universally designed bungalows, providing homes that support independent living and accessibility for people of all abilities. This reflects Co-operative Housing Ireland’s commitment to inclusive housing that meets a range of needs.
