52 CHI Homes in Dublin retrofitted in phase one of 'Improving Warmth and Wellbeing' programme

As part of phase one of the ‘Improving Warmth and Wellbeing Project’, 52 homes in South Earl Street and Sean MacDermott Street recently underwent retrofitting works. The works involved the installation of new windows, doors, air-to-water heat pumps, increased levels of insulation and the installation of new roofs in order to increase comfort levels for Members.

One Year On: Retrofitting Homes in Westcourt, Dublin

Record 592 homes delivered by Co-operative Housing Ireland as Minister O’Brien opens their development in Limerick

Co-operative Housing Ireland launched Baunacloka Heights, an estate of 71 homes at Mungret Gate, Mungret, Co. Limerick yesterday 28th March 2022. Mayor of the City and County of Limerick, Daniel Butler and Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Darragh O’Brien, TD officially opened the development.
